Just noticed the news that camelot are deciding climate or not to go public with the euro millions 166m won by a british particular person! But what are the benifits of going public? In other words why not keep quiet?

Depends on the personal backstory of the person. If I was eighty and residing off of cat meals and public rewards and immediately after my faithful playing it paid off, I'd be telling every person in the hope that they could consider some thing away from it. A message of hope and perserverance. Or they could want to give society the middle finger for bringing them down and becoming superior when I was in a tough spot and they denied me assistance. Though, I realize your logic and agree with it energy loses its steam with no income to fuel it.
